Character house with views a few meters from the beach in Tamariu

This house is built in the 90s, with a modern and avant-garde architecture. It is situated on an elevated plot of about 942m2, with sea views and privacy.

From the street we access the garage for one car, closed, with space for motorcycles, bikes, etc. Bordering the plot, some stairs lead us to the front door. The hall and a natural plant luminaire separate the living room with fireplace and porch terrace, from where you can enjoy the sea views, the dining room and the independent kitchen.

The kitchen, facing the sunrise, has a terrace with a built-in barbecue and beautiful views of the sea as well. On this same floor we have two double bedrooms, one of them with access to the aforementioned terrace and a complete bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor, three suite-style rooms, each with access to the upper terrace where we find the pool.
